Billing and Subscription

By subscribing to CraftDream11 and providing us with a payment method, you authorize us to charge you at the stated monthly fee. Payment will be charged immediately, and upon success, your access to the services will be granted for the agreed-upon subscription period. For monthly subscriptions, recurring charges will apply each month until cancellation. Payments are made in advance. Cancelling during the billing cycle will not result in refunds or prorated discounts, and you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period. For seasonal packages, a one-time charge will be made, and access will remain active until the specified end date in the package details. We reserve the right to modify membership prices at any time, which may affect existing users. Additionally, CraftDream11 reserves the right to adjust, transfer, migrate, terminate, or alter any subscription at any time, with or without notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will retain access to services for the remainder of your subscription period.

Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. No prorated refunds will be issued for partially used periods. At our discretion, we may provide a refund or discount to any member at any given time, but such actions do not imply or guarantee future consideration.

Legality of Game of Skill

Games of skill are legal in India, as per the Public Gambling Act of 1867. The Indian Supreme Court has ruled that games requiring skill, such as fantasy sports, are not classified as gambling. Fantasy sports, including CraftDream11’s contests, depend on your knowledge of cricket statistics, player performance, and match conditions, among other factors, making it a game of skill.

Limitation on Time to File Claims

Any claims related to these Terms of Service or the services must be filed within one year from when the cause of action arises, or they will be permanently barred.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is deemed unenforceable, it will be modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, or disregarded if modification is not possible.

Entire Agreement

The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy represent the entire understanding between you and CraftDream11 with respect to our services and supersede all prior agreements.
